At GDC 2011 (Game Developer Conference) Team Meat have announced they have sold more than 400,000 copies of Super Meat Boy on Xbox Live Arcade and Steam. Super Meat Boy received a huge amount of time promoted on the Xbox Live Arcade and it seems to have paid off nicely for the team.
Super Meat Boy is a great platformer that is amazingly challenging, so its little surprise to me that they had outstanding sales.

The award-winning puzzle game for the Nintendo DS is back with an expanded vocabulary. Super Scribblenauts will feature the same Maxwell but with bigger puzzles to solve. Also, new to Super Scribblenauts is the use of adjectives. Wondered what it would be like to summon a red car instead of just a car? Now with Super Scribblenauts you can.

If you think you’re a hardcore Super Mario fan, better look at this video. Oscar Brown has been collecting Super Mario memorabilia for 6 years. Super Mario toys, accessories, stickers, plush, games, and whatever you can think of this kid got it. He has over 1000 items in his collection and we’re sure it’ll grow more in years to come.

The general public was introduced to Dante’s Inferno last Super Bowl with its more than superb ad. Demons, fire, and more demons are just some of the elements you’ll see in this video. Rumor has it that CBS rejected Dante’s Inferno’s tagline, “Go to Hell,” for much mlder “Hell Awaits.” Either way, I can’t wait for this game!
